My name is Katy Powell, I am a freelance costume maker/designer based in Edinburgh, I am currently studying at the Edinburgh College of Art but have had the oppurtunity to work on various exciting projects before my studies started as well, such as puppet making on the BBC children’s animation Ooglies at KoLik productions and working to tutor young people in making at Impact Arts a charity organization running in Edinburgh and Glasgow amongst others see below for a full CV.
